So.. I’ve been on a journey to get my hair healthier, and into an easier maintenance with coloring.
My gray roots were popping up about a week after I dyed my hair, and that was not fun to continue to color over. So January 2020, I stopped dye-ing my hair.
…and then I used a really pigmented color conditioner on the top, and permanently stained my hair NEON YELLOW.
Yeah.
So my hair guru helped me color correct, and break through all that color with some highlights, and I’ve been dye free now for 12 months! Not toner or bleach free.. but dye free.
Keeping heat off those fragile pieces also helps growth, so I use this trick when I need a cute, easy hairstyle, but don’t want to add a lot of heat.

- SeneGence Holding Spray.. this stuff has actually helped grow a ton of new baby hairs all around my crown. Not crunchy, and keeps my hair shiny as heck!
- Hair Bobbles.. these don’t damage hair, and also will not crease your hair either. I sleep with my hair half up every night to help with volume.
