The best acorn squash of your life…
For reals. I have been on a sage kick lately, and I’ve been adding it to everything I can. I’m sure sage was a trending ingredient years ago.. I am not a fan of trends. I’ll get to it when I get to it. Thus.. my new found love for sage, a few years late to the party.
I’ve made sage roasted pork loin.
Roasted carrots with sage and butter.
And this acorn squash in which I left the sage raw, but heated through with the warmth of the “just out of the oven” squash.
I die. So good. Please make it. You must.
